Since DixieBroadcasting began almost four years ago, we have constantly been barraged by requests to find a way for our listeners to get the station over the airwaves, so that they can listen even away from their computers.  Well... the day is here!

Devices that use the Windows version for Pocket PC's, whether cell phone or PDA, may use one of the programs like PocketMusic http://www.pocketmind.com/pmfp.htm  to listen to our Internet stream right over your cell phone.

 

When you're asked to type in the station's URL for the stream, type in www.live365.com/play/dixiebroadcasting   and you'll be listening!

 

If you want the sensation of actually hearing the broadcast over your car stereo, just get one of the mini-fm transmitters that plug into the headphone jack of your phone and then plays over the stereo!  Get it online or at any store that sells electronic gadgets  http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Product_Id=166893
